Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of restaurant staff. This includes coaching, training, and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Financial Management

You will be responsible for managing the restaurant's profit and loss statement, identifying areas for cost savings, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Customer Service

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of Guzman y Gomez, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurants. This includes responding to customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, and ensuring that our restaurants are clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.
