Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of customer account statuses.
  • Assist the Credit Management team for a designated set of accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of cash allocations and identify any unallocated payments.
  • Accurately apply payments to relevant invoices, manage claims, and initiate necessary actions.
  • Oversee the documentation of credits, claims, and remittance advice.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Innovate strategies for capturing quality control data, including digital documentation.
  • Enhance supplier performance through effective management of the SCAR process.
  • Support decision-making processes for operators by providing tools and procedures that improve quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A professional with 3-5 years of experience in a credit control capacity.
  • A solid understanding of debits and credits, complemented by strong numerical and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and email applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP, with a minimum of 12 months of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
