We are seeking a qualified Wellbeing Program Coordinator to join our team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. The successful candidate will have a qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification, and be able to provide creative, compassionate, and supportive wellbeing programs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Wellbeing team to plan, design and deliver varied resident wellbeing programs
  • Work closely with the Wellbeing team to create a dynamic wellbeing environment
  • Provide organisation and time management skills to ensure programs are delivered efficiently

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification
  • Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in providing wellbeing programs
  • Understanding and empathetic qualities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
