Lead and shape the future of cloud infrastructure strategy and DevOps practices at our organisation. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Cloud to develop and execute comprehensive cloud and DevOps strategies aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

As a key member of our Technology team, you will oversee cloud architecture and automation frameworks, drive containerisation and orchestration strategies, and establish monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for production environments. You will work closely with executive leadership to define infrastructure architecture standards and best practices across multi-cloud environments, and collaborate on technology roadmap and budget planning.

Your responsibilities will include driving the design, implementation and optimisation of scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud solutions while building a high-performing cloud, infrastructure and DevOps practice. You will also implement and manage SRE principles and SLOs, lead post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives, establish change management processes and release engineering practices.

You will foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence, recruit top-tier talent, and establish competitive compensation structures. You will promote cross-functional collaboration between technology operations, applications, service delivery and security teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering (AWS preferable).
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
  • Proven track record migrating large-scale production environments into public cloud.
  • Proven experience in transforming infrastructure operating models and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
