About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Site Administrator, providing support for the smooth operation of site activities on a major underground construction project.

This is an excellent chance for a driven individual to contribute to the success of our organization by utilizing their organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in dynamic environments to maintain systems, documentation, and logistics efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Site-Based Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reporting and document control.
  • Managing Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and mobilization for project personnel, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Assist in procuring and tracking site materials, guaranteeing efficient utilization of resources.
  • Supporting HSE and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining high safety standards and compliance requirements by assisting with relevant documentation and procedures.
Your Background

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous Experience in site administration within mining, resources, or construction industries.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills, enabling effective collaboration and task management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems, allowing efficient data handling and record-keeping.
  • Able to Work Autonomously in remote environments, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to Safety and Accuracy in all aspects of job performance.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in Underground Construction Projects, specifically SMP projects.
  • Familiarity with FIFO Work Environments, enhancing adaptability and flexibility.
  • A Proactive Mindset, driving solutions-oriented approaches to challenges.
