Medical Professional Sought for General Medicine and Geriatric Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced medical professional to join our team as a General Physician/Geriatrician at Manning Base Hospital in Taree.
This role is split between 0.5FTE General Medicine and 0.5FTE Geriatric Medicine, providing opportunities for career growth and development.
The Department has a Geriatrician working within Manning Base Hospital and another based in the community, offering clinics and in-reach services to Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Lower Mid North Coast Sector.
In addition, the Geriatrician Service has a Nurse Practitioner to work in a collaborative care model, emphasizing patient-centered care and high-quality treatment outcomes.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care solutions.
