Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new membership sales through calls, appointments, referrals, and events.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to induction.
  • Create a welcoming experience for every prospective member.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs.
Roster and Flexibility

This is a dynamic role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm. Rosters are set in advance to accommodate your life needs.

We're seeking confident, motivated sales professionals who possess:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • A people-first approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle.
  • Previous membership or fitness sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
