We are currently seeking an ambitious individual who is driven to pursue a career in property management. You do not need any prior experience, as all training will be provided.

This role is headed up by a seasoned Director who has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Our team is built on a reputation for delivering outstanding results for our clients and we pride ourselves on providing 6 star service.

You will receive one-on-one training to help you achieve your goals. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting open home inspections
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Completing ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Managing repairs and maintenance
  • Controlling arrears
  • Assisting with rental increases and lease renewals
  • Working towards targets and KPIs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Your own car and Drivers license
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentation skills
  • To be a motivated self-starter with good energy and a desire to succeed
