About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our organisational development team, you will play a critical role in driving change initiatives across our various operational divisions.

Your expertise will enable you to lead or significantly influence strategies, programs and projects pertaining to change throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying risks, opportunities and trends, analysing them, articulating actions and communicating those to stakeholders.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences
  • Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce
  • Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenas
  • Current Australian driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel
  • Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement
  • Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience
  • Sound understanding of the principles of change management, project management and organisational development
  • Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology - desirable
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's vision, purpose and values
