Change Management Specialist

About the Role:
The Change Lead reports to the Change Lead, and you will provide consultative and proactive Change Management expertise to support management and staff across various operational divisions. Your subject matter expertise will enable you to lead or significantly influence strategies, programmes and projects pertaining to change throughout the organisation. Your ability to effectively identify risks, opportunities and trends, analyse them, articulate actions and communicate them will be pivotal to your success.
About You:
To be considered, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences.
- Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce.
- Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenas.
- Current Australian driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel.
- Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement.
- Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience.
- Sound understanding of the principles of change management, project management and organisational development.
- Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology - desirable.
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's vision, purpose and values.
