You will play an integral role in delivering robust risk governance and operational risk management frameworks as a Senior Leader in Operational Risk. This position involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive frameworks for technology risk, providing guidance, oversight, assurance, and insights.

You will partner with first-line teams to embed robust risk management practices, promote high control standards, and challenge exposures related to technology risk. Delivering actionable insights, supporting the business in managing emerging risks, and enhancing reporting mechanisms to identify vulnerabilities and drive risk reduction are essential aspects of this role.

A key requirement is having proven leadership experience in Technology risk management, with a strong background in developing and implementing Technology risk management frameworks. The ability to communicate complex risk insights effectively and convey advice and challenge capacities to business leaders is crucial.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent function responsible for reviewing and challenging material risks, ensuring their effective management and mitigation.
