Property Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional facilities and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies, marketing, and promotions.
  • Manage inquiries and maintain records using a CRM system.
  • Conduct property tours with prospective tenants.
  • Oversee lease management and administration.
  • Plan and execute costed capital renovations.
  • Prepare budgets, strategic plans, and property reports.
  • Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure timely rental payments are received and manage arrears.
  • Facilitate leasing of vacant premises and co-working spaces.
  • Coordinate facilities management, including cleaning contracts and property repairs.
  • Perform light maintenance duties and engage contractors for more extensive work.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Leasing Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in light maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate tradespersons and other maintenance activities.
  • Excellent customer service and a sales-focused attitude.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft 365 and CRMs.
