**Experience Manager Position**

Nestled in a breathtaking coastal location, we're introducing a unique glamping experience on Rottnest Island. The resort features luxury tents across various service levels, a pool, and two restaurants and bars.

**The Role**

We seek an experienced hospitality and customer service professional who shares our passion for creating unforgettable experiences while delivering high-quality customer service. As Experience Manager, you'll oversee the Guest Experience team, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving resort goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Guest Experience team with the Rooms Division Manager to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Create a positive first impression for customers through check-in and stay processes, including assisting with local enquiries, tour bookings, and encouraging return visits.
  • Perform daily customer service tasks, such as serving guests at the front counter or over the phone, and maintaining entries in the RMS booking system.
  • Complete fortnightly rosters and approve team members' timesheets.
  • Foster a flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and short notice.
  • Maintain a current valid driver's license.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • Previous hospitality/tourism experience in a supervisor or management position.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Mediation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using RMS or a similar reservation management system.
  • Manual (C-class) license.
