The Networks and Metering Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business value, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling effective decision-making within the Network and Metering Operations functions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an operational rhythm with distribution business partners to drive commercial value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders engaged in network and metering operations.
- Oversee and track key operational metrics and performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
To succeed as a Networks and Metering Operations Lead, you will have 3-5 years of experience in network and metering operations at an Energy Retail Provider or similar organization. You should possess exceptional commercial modelling and analytical skills, with a high level of detail orientation and sound commercial acumen.
As a key strategic position, the Networks and Metering Operations Lead will work closely with the Transformation Office to lead the execution of the Legacy Meter Replacement Program across the NEM, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and full compliance with the Australian Energy Regulator framework.
