About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they receive a curated and innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Sales and Operations: Drive a selling culture to exceed sales targets and consistently raise the performance and capability of the team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Team Leadership: Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Availability: Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
  • Passion for Excellence: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Culture and Teamwork: Ability to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Results-Driven: Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
