Key Responsibilities:- Servicing and repair of material handling equipment
- Utilizing latest mobile technology to manage daily work schedules
- Inventory management on company allocated service vans & customer sites
- Gaining experience in delivering premium service to Australia's top-tiered customer base
- Performing routine maintenance & completing service work - reactive & planned
- An extensive 8-week onboarding program providing industry-leading training
- Fully equipped service vans or weekly tool allowances provided for optimal performance
- Uniforms, jackets, hats, beanies, and PPE supplied to promote professionalism and safety
- A comprehensive induction period ensuring complete preparation for the role
- Opportunities to earn additional income through industry-leading incentive programs
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
