Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair of material handling equipment within a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Utilize advanced field-based technology to manage daily work schedules
  • Accurately record inventory inputs at company allocated service vans and customer sites
  • Develop expertise in working with a high-performing customer base
  • Conduct regular maintenance and complete service work - reactive and planned
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a material handling technician is highly valued but not essential
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
  • Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
