Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform maintenance on forklifts and elevated work platforms at client sites.

  • Carrying out tasks including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis, repair and maintenance on material handing equipment and elevated work platforms
  • Performing inspection, maintenance and stability testing of older machines and forklifts

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completion of all necessary documentation and reporting related to service visits
  • Maintenance of accurate records and databases relevant to the job function
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification as an Automotive or Mechanical Engineer

In addition, we require that applicants hold current certification in CPR/Defibrillator and First Aid. The ability to lift 20kg safely is also required due to the physical demands of this position.
