Marketing Centre Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team based at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing local implementation of the marketing strategy to deliver customer-focused needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans for key centre campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager, including timelines and budgets.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of the annual centre marketing income and expense budget, including sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders, generating accruals, processing invoices, and reforecasting.
  • Work effectively with agencies and external suppliers to deliver creative assets and services.
  • Analyse customer insights to gain an understanding of customer needs.
  • Contribute to and execute local implementation of digital strategy to deliver customer-focused needs.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the centre in collaboration with the centre management team.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution.
  • Superior organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Strong understanding of retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing role where you've had experience with digital, social media, and events management.
  • A qualification in Marketing or a related field is preferable, but not essential.
