What you'll be doing
The key objective of this role is to support the Marketing Manager (and wider marketing team) in defining and executing omni-channel media strategies to drive brand and business performance in Australia and New Zealand
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your contribution will include:

- Support the appointed media agency to plan and deliver our media strategy across AU &NZ.
- Participate in the annual briefing process, updating briefing templates as required, ensuring brief contributions are adhering to timeliness and process and then managing the execution of the 12-month plan.
- Manage individual media campaigns end-to-end, from briefing the media agency through to media plan sign off, material specifications, implementation, MI's and media campaign tracking.
- Oversee and contribute to brand media partnerships -attending briefings, brainstorms, providing feedback in accordance with Freedom's Brand Guidelines, and managing deliverables internally with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead media agency WIP's with business updates and ensuring all deliverables, creative and media focused are managed and met.
- Manage the day-to-day processing of marketing department invoices, including reconciling invoices against budget tracker, monthly accruals for all marketing cost centres, work with Finance to ensure all costs for the department are accounted for and maintain monthly accounts and forecast to report to the Marketing Manager.
- Manage all communication of all events to all stores in a timely manner across Australia and New Zealand. Where applicable, manage franchisee participation in the relevant ‘optional' events and promotions.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in marketing.
- Tertiary Degree.
- Previous experience in retail marketing and media is desirable.
- Proven success in planning, developing and executing campaigns including ATL & BTL e.g. TVC, Radio, Digital and Press.
- Creative & confident team player who can negotiate, multi-task and influence others.
- Experience in working with agencies and third parties.
- Excellent creative appraisal skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong drive for results.
