Exploration Geologist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Exploration Geologist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in the 2025 exploration season.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including exploration field consulting services, and collaborate with our clients and exploration team to deliver high-quality results.

  • Rig Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising drilling operations and ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Project Planning and Execution: You will assist in planning and executing exploration projects, including coordinating logistics, managing resources, and developing strategies to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to liaise with drilling contractors, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualification: A Bachelor's degree or higher in geology or geoscience is required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an Exploration Geologist role, with a strong background in rig supervision, project planning, and execution.
  • Certifications: You must hold a current Australian remote first aid certificate, including CPR, and a National Police Clearance.
  • 4WD Training: You should have completed a 4WD training course and hold a certificate of completion.
  • Remote Work Experience: You should have experience working in remote locations, such as Papua New Guinea.
