The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business expansion across Australia and New Zealand. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping strategic engagements, and cultivating deep relationships with executive stakeholders.
Spearhead the development of new business opportunities, focusing on high-value deals that drive sustainable growth.
Ideate, collaborate with advisory firms and technology partners, negotiate contracts, and deliver results.
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDERS, UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS PRIORITIES, AND PRESENT VALUE-DRIVEN SOLUTIONS.
Guide and support dedicated pre-sales, practice, and delivery teams to ensure quality submissions that add value to our prospects and customers.
Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, delivering consistent progress updates, forecasts, and growth insights.
Partner closely with marketing, alliances, delivery, and senior leadership to drive go-to-market strategies and client success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong business development mindset with an obsession for client success.
- Proven enterprise sales experience in one or more of the target sectors.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to navigate CXO-level conversations and create trusted advisory relationships.
- Strategic and consultative approach to selling, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- A highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
