The company operates over 1,400 stores across its brands and has a fast-growing eCommerce business. As Australia and New Zealand's largest retailer, it employs over 180,000 team members and serves more than 20 million customers a week.

This newly created role of Communications Manager - In Store Marketing (Digital) is focused on developing and delivering contextually relevant content plans for in-store digital channels, including screens and other media assets.

You will work with stakeholders to define content strategies that support the company's objectives and brand strategy. Your mission will be to deliver an omnichannel content strategy that engages customers across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content plans for in-store digital channels
  • Manage in-store digital screens program, including content architecture and formats
  • Brief agencies and manage the communications process
  • Analyze campaign results and develop test and learn frameworks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in developing omnichannel communications frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in project and campaign management
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
