Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to suppliers using the CAPlink system.
  • Reconcile accounts for suppliers not yet on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist suppliers with various queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers and support them in growing their business with our members.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles is essential.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • At least one year in a customer service role where communication and problem-solving were key.
  • Previous experience with account reconciliation in a high-accuracy service environment is necessary.
  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
