Disaster Relief Grant Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager/Operational Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end case management services to allocated Disaster Relief Grant applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management support to applicants, ensuring timely resolution of their needs.
- Identify and report potential complaints and appeals to the Program Delivery Manager.
- Maintain excellent customer service skills, delivering exceptional support to clients.
- Work autonomously, managing complex customer interactions with ease.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in case management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
