The primary function of this role is to coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, while ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tender submissions from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- To compile and prepare high-quality tender documents, including financial information and technical specifications
- To establish and manage timelines, budgets, and resources required for tender submissions
- To coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, and procurement personnel
- To identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- To maintain accurate records and reports on tender performance, identifying areas for improvement
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex data sets
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
