Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, real estate, travel, retail, or hospitality, or be a recent university graduate looking to start their career.

You will source new candidates, conduct thorough interviews, and handle the full recruitment process from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job.

You will also provide outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships and identify and build partnerships with new clients and candidates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting sales calls to create and further develop relationships with businesses
  • Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
  • Managing the recruitment process from shortlisting to offering the successful candidate their new job
