  • Experience within the employment services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success.
  • Proven success within target-driven environments is critical.

A valid police check and working with children check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must have a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.

You will be expected to balance empathy and dignity in your daily work while ensuring we achieve positive business outcomes.
