The Opportunity
We're seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment loans, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Coordinate the loan and return of equipment, ensuring proper documentation.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it's in optimal condition.
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and organizing warehouse space efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or equipment loans is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Experience Required
- Warehouse Operations: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
- Equipment Loans Management: Experience handling the loaning and tracking of equipment, tools, or inventory.
- Inventory Control: Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory records and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Basic knowledge of equipment inspection and maintenance procedures.
- Customer Service: Experience in roles requiring strong communication skills and customer interaction is advantageous.
