Warehouse Inventory Specialist

The Warehouse Store Person is a critical role in our organization, responsible for managing inventory and ensuring accurate levels of accountability and traceability.
- Manage inventory to ensure accurate levels of accountability and traceability
- Raise inventory requisitions for spare part requests
- Oversee Goods Inwards
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Goods Receipt
- Manage non-conforming product
- Segregate, document, and manage Quarantine store
- Maintain accurate records in the Inventory Management System
- Perform Shelf Life management
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory levels to meet business needs
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Developing and implementing efficient inventory management systems
- Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supply chain management
- Proficiency in computerised inventory management systems
- A satisfactory level of physical fitness for manual tasking
- Forklift Operator's license preferred but not essential
