About the Role:

Hireup is a leading online platform and community for people with disability and their families to find, hire, and manage local support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals with disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disability, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and other support workers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities, pursue their interests, and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
