Job Title Overview:

This role involves delivering exceptional care to residents. The successful candidate will require current National Police Clearance and have all recommended vaccinations.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch care to enhance residents' quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance.
  • Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Support and guide the care team to create a cooperative, excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth.
  • Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration
  • At least 12 months' full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clinical leadership experience, acute care expertise, and organizational abilities are highly preferred
