We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Welink Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Field Supervisors with document management, scheduling inspections and project supervision, and answering inbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Supervisors with document management and ensure accuracy
  • Schedule inspections and project supervision on behalf of Field Supervisors
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Update information within our in-house system and ensure its accuracy
  • Support the broader team with scheduling, booking in trades, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Proven track record working in a similar role as Administrator or Project Coordinator
  • Demonstrated experience working on the LAHC or within the Facilities Management industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong working experience using MS Office and other programs
  • A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and take directions from the Project Director
