About the Role

The North Coast Region is seeking individuals to support young people, their families and schools in transitioning out of school.

To be successful in this role, you will possess or have the ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of policies and procedures relating to student transition.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting schools to interpret, develop, refine and enact policies, practices and procedures that enhance student transition outcomes.
  • Providing support to schools to develop and implement effective retention and transition strategies and programs for 'at risk' students.
  • Identifying student needs and providing options and intervention to assist in the transition of young people into education, training or employment.
