Job Title: Product Visionary

The Role
You will be the driving force behind our product development, shaping the direction of our innovative AI features. As a senior leader in our organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, experiment, validate and build market leading design features for our users.

Responsibilities:
Embed customer-led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights into product planning and prioritisation across your team.
Collaborate with senior leaders on product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.
Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
Build collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in leading a product function, driving product vision, strategy, value proposition and roadmap in a consumer technology brand with a large audience.
Strong people leadership skills, balancing team performance and outcomes with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Track record of delivering intuitive technology products in the innovation space with an emphasis on B2C and B2B.
Strategic thinking grounded in user insight, competitive awareness and commercial context.
Experience with AI-driven platforms is a strong plus.
