As a Credit Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of premiums. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately receipting on a daily basis, maintaining and complying with Group Credit Procedures, and providing high-level customer service support. They will also manage customer refunds, perform account follow-ups, and recognize, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in credit control or a related field, preferably with telephone collections experience.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with empathy and compassion.
- Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
