We are seeking a Permanent Full-time Regional Manager to join our retail team in Canning Vale to oversee WA and SA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with excellent organisational skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the stores, staffing, and managing performance within the WA and SA regions.
- Work with the Sales managers and National management team to effectively prepare for seasonal peaks and troughs, ensuring maximum productivity throughout.
- Identify local business opportunities to attract new customers to the store, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Submit plans and proposals for your region to support growth and profitability.
- Drive operational standards and excellence within your region.
- Provide weekly coaching and mentoring with your managers at all levels.
- Oversee staffing movements, recruitment, and onboarding programs for all staff within the region.
- Manage claims compliance, hygiene, and standards across the region.
- Implement WHS policies and directives to protect staff health and safety in the workplace.
- Effectively manage WHS by monitoring work practices and methods, consulting with staff through toolbox talks, housekeeping inspections etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Outdoor, Lifestyle or Retail is desirable.
- Experience managing sales performance across multiple locations, driving consistency and improvement.
- Strong track record in coaching and developing Sales Managers to enhance leadership and team performance.
- Skilled in analysing sales data to identify trends and implement strategies that balance performance with compliance.
- Leadership focused on achieving sales targets, fostering accountability, and empowering teams.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
