About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Port Road Cheltenham. As a Diploma Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our children and contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to Goodstart's Child Safe policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current South Australian Working with Children Check
