Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Diploma Educator to join our team at Goodstart Port Road Cheltenham. As a Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children and staff
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, including planning and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and other staff members to ensure that the needs of children are met

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current South Australian Working with Children Check
