About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading and developing our early childhood programs, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-quality early childhood programs that meet the needs of our children and families
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
- Coach and supervise Educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- Put safety first with everything that you do
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to our children. You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will also have a current SA Working with Children Check.
