The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing peak trade by leading the store during major events like Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day.
  • Building a winning team by recruiting, training, and developing seasonal casuals.
  • Collaborating with the Area Manager to implement strategies and exceed KPIs.
  • Running a seamless store by managing payroll, rostering, inventory, and compliance.
  • Executing marketing initiatives and maintaining visual standards to showcase the brand.
