**YOUR ROLE**
- Assist customers in the showroom with product advice and sales support.
- Process transactions, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Work with the team to keep the showroom organized and customer-friendly.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail and trade clients.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in the cleaning supply industry. While 2 years of experience in retail, trade, or a related field is preferred, the most important qualities are a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, trade, or customer service roles.
- Industry experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
- A team player who is focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
