Job Title: Facilities and Asset Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of risk and opportunity, developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets, and optimizing the lifecycle cost of facilities and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and capital works projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Analyze regular call-outs, reactive maintenance, and other requests to inform asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and direct contractor performance to ensure all contracts are executed to scope and budget.
- Support the delivery of the Property Asset Management team's Asset Business Plans and all other strategic and asset planning initiatives.
- Be the first point of contact for technical, facilities management, and asset maintenance enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A trade background or demonstrated experience in property maintenance and management.
- Project management qualification or demonstrated experience in relevant industry.
- Current driver's license required.
