Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new technology and/or retrofit existing food processing and production lines.
  • Create and maintain detailed engineering diagrams, engineering cost analysis, project schedules, bid proposals, manage capital projects, contractor activities, and safety.
  • Review and analyze packaging, processing lines, and utilities within the facility, including describing, illustrating, and evaluating systems, identifying limiting components, and determining costs and benefits of any change.
  • Lead optimization activities related to capacity, process consistency, and cost reduction; provide engineering expertise in scale-up and development of new products and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree).
  • A minimum of three years' experience designing and executing manufacturing equipment/capital projects.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or other CPG manufacturing equipment, resulting in broad knowledge of process, mechanical, facilities (boilers, chillers, utilities), and packaging equipment, including liquefiers, heat exchangers, kettles, CIP systems, mixers, blenders, and conveyor systems.
