Insurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Excellence specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for clients, offering assistance with their insurance needs, reviewing client accounts, answering enquiries, processing alterations, and resolving complaints.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases in line with company processes.
- Pursuing New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to process new business, alterations, and certificates according to guidelines.
- Training and Development: Engage in internal and external training to enhance industry knowledge and accreditations.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
