Insurance Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic relationships with top-tier brokers. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and be able to develop deep understanding of the business to identify strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a panel of brokers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value proposition across all segments.
- Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
- Design and embed multi-tiered relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
The successful candidate will work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to drive growth opportunities and bring the best of Zurich's services to market.
Requirements:- 5-7 years of experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
- ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
- Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
- Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
- Flexible working arrangement - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week for full-time employees.
- Access to wellbeing programs.
