We are seeking talented professionals to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our State and Nation. Our team supports Government to make challenging strategic decisions by bringing a structured, rigorous, and analytical approach.


This is an opportunity for you to experience hands-on apprenticeship with Partners who pride themselves in being deeply involved in the work. You'll contribute to the growth of the business and get exposure to senior leaders in Government.


The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2 – 4 years of consulting or advisory experience
  • Excellent results in a tertiary degree of your choice
  • Ability to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic problem solving techniques
  • Executive-level communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of end-to-end problems including taking initiative to solve problems holistically
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
