In response to sustained growth, we seek consultants in their early to mid-careers who are tired of the formulaic career path of a traditional consulting firm. You'll contribute to the growth of the business and get exposure to senior leaders in Government. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:

  • 2 – 4 years of consulting or advisory experience
  • Excellent results in a tertiary degree of your choice
  • Ability to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic problem solving techniques
  • Executive-level communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of end-to-end problems including taking initiative to solve problems holistically
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
