Marketing Specialist Role

This marketing specialist role involves developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive delegate registration for conferences, webinars, and other digital events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced B2B events agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive delegate registration
  • Market our events through segmentation and targeted marketing
  • Management and execution of client webinars including full campaign marketing and client liaison
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive sponsorship sales through marketing-led activity
  • Reviewing performance metrics, identifying new ways to drive engagement, and revising strategies and campaigns accordingly

You will work closely with designers to develop and review marketing collateral, including post-event reports, media kits, social assets, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you will develop and execute social media strategies for events, webinars, and other digital activities.

The successful candidate will be a confident, creative, solutions-oriented, and resourceful individual with excellent communication and time management skills. A strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in creating marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation
  • Team player with strong time management skills
