**Training Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to plan, prepare and deliver training, manage training operations, lead and manage teams, and oversee facilities associated with commercial catering contracts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have extensive experience in hospitality management, including workplace health and safety issues and sound computer skills.
  • Is a flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professional manner.
  • Has prior OH&S training and / or accreditation and prior Food Hygiene training and / or accreditation.
  • Is willing to take on a range of responsibilities, including bar, retail, barista, housekeeping, and catering tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, prepare, and deliver training programs for colleagues.
  2. Manage training operations, including coordinating logistics and managing budgets.
  3. Lead and manage teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Oversee facilities associated with commercial catering contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Order and manage training stock, ensuring timely delivery of resources.
  6. Prepare reports for management, providing insights into training effectiveness.
